It’s fall! Not only do you want to snuggle up with a good book during this time of the year, you also want to snuggle and feel the warmth and closeness of another human being in your life. I have been snuggling with some great podcast episodes. Today I want to share three specific podcast episodes I listened to recently. As you can see, my spirit is centered around seeking/manifesting a healthy, happy relationship.
Build the Perfect Relationship With These Secrets (Lewis Howes School of Greatness Podcast)
There is something about a man that is comfortable with the idea of seeking a healthy, loving relationship that draws me in. In this episode of the Lewis Howes podcast, Stephan Speaks talks about building the perfect relationship.
Of course, I do not believe a “perfect” relationship exists, so I would recommend replacing the word perfect with healthy and loving.
Getting Real About My Divorce (Imani State of Mind Podcast)
I love Imani State of Mind because Imani is extremely candid about her personal struggles despite her success as a psychiatrist and reality tv personality. She also has created a space where the goal is to dismantle the stigma associated with mental illness. In this particular episode, Imani is candid about her decision to get divorced and the impact it had on her although she knew it was the right thing to do.
Lily Collins ON: Self Love, Healing Shame, and Becoming The Best Version of Yourself (On Purpose With Jay Shetty)
Jay Shetty makes me want to go and live in an Ashram. 🙂 Watching Lily Collin’s character in Emily in Paris makes me want to relocate to Paris 🙂 . Maybe I will do both in the future.
In this episode of On Purpose With Jay Shetty, Lily Collins talks about her identity as a young woman in a toxic relationship vs. a healthy, loving relationship.
Introspection is a key ingredient to intentional living. Have you been introspective lately?
Let me know what you think of these podcast episodes once you have an opportunity to listen.
Much Love,
Tonza
